A true French classic, beef bourguignon is slow‑braised in red wine to develop deep, rich flavours. Tender pieces of beef are paired with melt‑in‑your‑mouth vegetables, creating a dish that is both hearty and comforting. Rooted in the tradition of French brasseries, this recipe brings authentic flavours to everyday dining in an accessible way. Its generous portion makes it just as suitable for a simple meal as it is for sharing. As with every item in the range, it is crafted by Chef Frédéric Dufort.
