Mac'n cheese with bacon and green onions

Chef's advice

A mac and cheese combining cheddar, Grana Padano and bacon in a balanced format. Inspired by the spirit of French brasserie cuisine, this dish follows a simple and approachable style. Offered in a generous format, it suits both everyday meals and shared occasions. Like all items in the range, it is created and signed by Chef Frédéric Dufort.

Conventional oven (recommanded):

1.  Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
2. Remove the cardboard sleeve. Remove the plastic film.
3.  Heat on baking tray in center of oven for 30 to 35 minutes** until the internal temperature in the center of the product reaches a minimum of 74 °C.
4. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Do not use in toaster oven. Do not broil.

Microwave oven:

1. Remove the cardboard sleeve. Lift the corner of the plastic film.
2. Heat 10 to 15 minutes on medium-high ** and until the internal temperature in the middle of the product reaches a minimum of 74 °C (165°F).
3. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
4. Carefully remove the plastic film.

ATTENTION: Tray will be hot. Use caution and support tray when removing.
