A French classic, coq au vin is prepared in a rich and aromatic red wine sauce. Tender pieces of chicken are infused with deep, savoury flavours and paired with melt‑in‑your‑mouth vegetables for a dish that is both hearty and well balanced. Drawing on traditional brasserie know‑how, this recipe highlights authentic flavours with a simple, approachable touch. Easy to enjoy any day of the week, it’s just as fitting for a quick dinner as it is for sharing. Like all items in the range, it is crafted by Chef Frédéric Dufort.
