Veal stew

Chef's advice

A tender veal blanquette, gently simmered in a rich and creamy sauce, presented in a well‑balanced format. Inspired by classic French brasserie cuisine, this dish offers a refined yet comforting experience, rooted in simplicity. Available in a generous portion, it is just as suited for everyday meals as it is for sharing. Like all items in the range, it is crafted by Chef Frédéric Dufort.

Conventional oven (recommanded):

1.  Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
2. Remove the cardboard sleeve. Remove the plastic film.
3.  Heat on baking tray in center of oven for 30 to 35 minutes** until the internal temperature in the center of the product reaches a minimum of 74 °C.
4. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Do not use in toaster oven. Do not broil.

Microwave oven:

1. Remove the cardboard sleeve. Lift the corner of the plastic film.
2. Heat 10 to 15 minutes on medium-high ** and until the internal temperature in the middle of the product reaches a minimum of 74 °C (165°F).
3. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
4. Carefully remove the plastic film.

ATTENTION: Tray will be hot. Use caution and support tray when removing.
